Returns
and exchanges
If the conditions above are not met, items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
If the conditions are met, we will refund the money to your bank card within 7–14 days.
You can exchange or return items via Nova Poshta within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item has not been worn and shows no signs of use or damage;
- All labels and tags are still attached;
- You provide a receipt or waybill confirming the purchase in our store;
- The item does not smell of perfume.
